291 Digital Paper Worx provides document digitization and related services. Because each project involves customized work, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.
1. Completed Services
Completed services are non‑refundable due to the labour and time involved.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you request cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If work has already started, refunds are not available. Partial refunds may be considered if only a small portion of the project has been completed.
4. Quality Concerns
If you believe the completed work does not meet reasonable expectations, we will review the issue and may offer:
